Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how STACKOUT – Math Blocks ("STACKOUT", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the iPhone game.
Information you provide
STACKOUT does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health information or payment information. If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.
Game data stored on your device
The app may store gameplay preferences and progress locally on your device, such as scores, settings, tutorial completion and other game state. This information is used to operate the game and is not used to create a STACKOUT user account.
Advertising and Google services
STACKOUT uses Google AdMob to provide banner and interstitial advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostic information, crash data and performance data, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
STACKOUT uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and record advertising privacy choices where required. The app does not offer rewarded advertising in this release.
You can learn more about how Google handles information in its products by visiting Google's Privacy Policy.
Tracking permission
STACKOUT does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Advertising availability and personalisation depend on applicable law, Google UMP status, device settings and the choices presented to you.
Children
STACKOUT is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration form.
Data retention
Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is removed by the app, the operating system or by uninstalling the app. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records and protect the service. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices.
Your choices
Where required, the Google consent message is shown inside the app. A Privacy Options entry is made available in the app when Google indicates that users must be able to review or change their advertising privacy choices. You can also control relevant privacy and advertising settings through iOS.
Third-party services
Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform are provided by Google. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation. Apple may also process information when you download, update or use the app through the App Store and TestFlight.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect the app and the information under our control. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements or third-party services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
